Supra UK Limited trading as Carnetics is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. This Privacy Policy explains how we use the information we collect about you, how you can instruct us if you prefer to limit the use of that information and procedures that we have in place to safeguard your privacy.

1. The information we collect and how we use it
 When you register for our Web Services we need to know your name, postal address, e-mail address, telephone number, credit card number and expiry date.

We gather this information to allow us to process your registration, process any orders you may make and charge for web services used. The relevant information is then used by us, our agents and sub-contractors to provide you with statements of account and to communicate with you on any matter relating to the conduct of your account and the provision of the Web Services in general.

We may also use the aggregate information and statistics for the purposes of monitoring Web Site usage in order to help us develop the website and the Web Services and may provide such aggregate information to third parties. These statistics will not include information that can be used to identify any individual. From time to time we may provide your information to customer service agencies for research and analysis purposes so that we can monitor and improve the Web Services we provide. We or our agents and sub-contractors may contact you by post, e-mail or telephone to ask you for feedback and comments on our services.

We may also wish to provide you with information about special features of our Web Site or any other service or products that we think may be of interest to you. 2. Traffic Data
We shall process and store traffic data when no longer required for the purpose of transmission of a communication for the following purposes and to the following extent:-

(i) In connection with the payment of charges by you until expiry of the period in which legal proceedings in respect of payments due or alleged to be due may be brought or if proceedings are brought when those proceedings are finally determined;

(ii)To market electronic communication services; and

Traffic data means data processed for the conveyance of communication on an electronic communication network or for billing in respect of that communication.

We ask you to tick the box on the registration form to consent to use of traffic data as detailed above [please note that your consent is only required for paragraphs 2 and 3 above but if you fail to consent for the purpose of paragraph 3 we will be unable to provide the Web Services and will therefore be unable to accept your order and if you withdraw your consent at a later stage, which you may do as regards paragraph 2 and 3 above, again we will be unable to provide the Web Services and therefore shall be entitled to terminate the Contract.

3. Location Data
It is an essential aspect of the provision of the Web Services that location data in respect of a Device is provided to us and that the user of the Device may therefore be identified.

The following types of location data will be processed:-

Current Location and Location History

The purpose and duration of the processing of location data are as follows:-

For the private display of a device location to the Web Services Subscriber

The location data will not be transmitted to a third party for the purpose of providing the Web Services.

Location data means data processed in an electronic communications network indicating the geographical position of the terminal equipment of a Device including the latitude, longitude or altitude of the Device the direction of travel of the vehicle in which the Device is situated or the time the location information was recorded.

We ask you to tick the box on the registration form to consent to use of location data as detailed above. Please note that if you fail to consent we will be unable to provide the Web Services and therefore unable to accept your order and if you withdraw your consent at a later stage, which you may do, again we will be unable to provide the Web Services and therefore shall be entitled to terminate the contract.

4. How we protect your information
The Internet is not a secure medium. However, we have put in place various security procedures as set out in this policy.

The following security procedures are in place:-

All account registration details, account edit details, Password Entry and all financial transactions are protected by a Secure Server Certificate (Thwarte Secure Socket).

Data backups are completed via a Virtual Private Network (VPN) to our server in another secure location.

The main Carnetics server and backup server are protected by a firewall

All data is password protected to ensure privacy to the subscriber

We also keep your information confidential. The internal procedures of Buyers Net Limited trading as Carnetics cover the storage, access and disclosure of your information.

5. Sale of Business
If this business is sold or integrated with another business, your details may be disclosed to our advisers and any prospective purchasers and its advisers and will be passed on to the new owners of the business.

6. Updating your details
If any of the information that you have provided to us changes, for example if you change your email address, name or payment details or if you wish to cancel registration, you should let us know correct details by sending an email to info@carnetics.co.uk.

7. Your Consent
By submitting your information you consent to the use of that information as set out in this policy. If we change our privacy policy we will post the changes to this page and may place notices on other pages of the Web Site so that you may be aware of the information we are collecting and how we use it at all times. We will also email you should we make any changes so that you may consent to our use of your information in that way. Continued use of the service will signify that you agree to any such changes.
